The 245,000m2 residential, office & retail space in Edmonton Green, North London, will be redeveloped in 5 phases to enhance living & shopping in the dense neighbourhood and reduce energy consumption along with operational carbon emissions by 75% compared to the average home.

Whilst working for USD, our Founding Partner Noémi was leading the Environmental and MEP team developing the energy & sustainability strategy as well as the MEP concept for the outlined masterplan and detailed Phase 1. Tasks included overheating assessment, circular economy & carbon reduction strategies and BREEAM pre-assessment for retail of Phase 1 (Shell & Core). The scheme aims for BREEAM Excellent.
