TRENEZIA ZERO-EMISSION VILLAGE

Bergen, Norway

Trenezia is the masterplan for a zero-emission village in Norway, designed by Waugh Thistleton Architects for BOB BBL. It focuses on low energy & water consumption (zero operational carbon) with low waste generation.

While working for Urban Systems Design, our Founding Partners were environmental consultants on this project, optimising the design through climatic responsive, low carbon strategies and optimising resource efficiency. The structural material is cross-laminated timber (CLT).
